The New York Times has a thought-provoking and reflective article written by Prune Restaurant owner Gabrielle Hamilton as she ponders the future of small, intimate restaurants post-COVID-19. The article is written with an obvious love for the experience of good food fostering social connections and creating warm, memorable good times.
