The New York Times has a thought-provoking and reflective article written by Prune Restaurant owner Gabrielle Hamilton as she ponders the future of small, intimate restaurants post-COVID-19. The article is written with an obvious love for the experience of good food fostering social connections and creating warm, memorable good times. The article contains too many good quotes to copy here, so I strongly suggest you read the article for yourself. I too hope the “Prunes” of the world are there to greet us someday.
