Fun news folks! The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common, will be starting their Cupcake Tea this weekend. From their web site:

Saturdays, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The surest sign of spring this year won’t be found in the flower beds of Boston Common, but rather, across the street at Cupcake Tea in The Gallery! Celebrate the end of another long Boston winter by relaxing in elegance and sampling bright, colorful and deliciously decadent cupcakes served in The Ritz-Carlton style. Cupcake Tea includes your choice of Mighty Leaf Tea, Hot Chocolate, Milk or one non-alcoholic beverage.

  • Lemon Meringue – Lemon Chiffon Cupcake, Zesty Lemon Curd, Toasted Meringue
  • Black Forest – Valrhona Chocolate Cupcake, Kirsch Cherries, Chantilly Cream, Valrhona Chocolate Shavings
